TOP 5: Back to School Essentials

It’s September 1st, most students are already back in school, but we just couldn’t bear to talk about school in August, it’s too depressing.

That being said, it’s never too late to stock up on back to school essentials, right?

We’ve looked at all the blogs and all of the list and compiled the Top 5 essential back to school garments to you absolutely need in your wardrobe!

Here is our list:

 01. The Moto Jacket
The moto jacket is very trendy this season, but it never goes out of style, and thank god because a good quality one is very expensive. It’s an investment, but it’s totally worth it and we’ve never heard of anyone regretting buying a perfect fitting moto jacket. Did we mention they go with everything? They Do!

02. The Lightweight Scarf
The perfect accessory to spice up a boring outfit, the colour possibilities, lengths, widths and textiles are endless. We prefer bigger longer ones because we like to wrap them around a few times, but smaller ones are cute as well. They’re perfect to add a touch of colour to any ensemble.

03. The Little Black Dress
Is there anything that hasn’t yet been said about the little black dress? We don’t think so. It’s the go-to piece for those last minute extracurricular events and it can be dressed up or down in a variety of ways. No closet is complete without the perfect fitting little black dress.

04. The Vintage Band T-Shirt
All the hot young celebrities are wearing them, and we’re sure some of them have never heard of the bands showcased on their shirts, but that doesn’t really matter now does it? Metallica, Iron Maiden, Guns ‘N’ Roses, they’re all here! You can find them in many different retail stores, but we suggest looking on eBay for a vintage, worn-in looking one. They always look cooler.

05. The Navy Blazer
The navy blazer is a staple, like the moto jacket, it will never go out of style. It can play it formal or look more casual and relaxed, depending what you pair it with. It’s perfect for job interviews, class presentations and casual evenings.
